I own 3 different citrus bushes - Meyer Lemon, Naval Orange and a Lime bush. The did great all summer, but now they are not looking so good. I have now brought them in the house (before the weather got too cold), but their leaves were turning yellow and dropping even when they were outside. The color change started about 2.5 weeks ago. If you need more info - ask away! I have attached some photos - Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It looks like your roots might have rotted off due to over watering/poor drainage. Pot one out of the pot and take a look at the root (to see if there are any).

The uniform yellowing of the leaves, with the older ones being more severely affected, seem to indicate a nitrogen deficiency. However it seems unlikely that it could happen in such a short time.

Best I can tell from the pictures, it looks like nitrogen deficiency, but here is a link that list symptoms of various deficiencies: http://edis.ifas.ufl.edu/CH142

Are you using a fertilizer with trace minerals? If not you need add a small amount of trace minerals, including Mg, Mn, Cu, Zn, Fe, B, S, Mo.

You may also have a problem with salt buildup in your soil, if so thoroughly flushing the soil the next time you water may help.
