    Tempeh soy 500 ml of soy beans. Fermented for 36 hours absolutely perfect
    Method: Dehull, pressure steam for 1.5 hours, add two tablespoons of vinegar, add about 1/4 teaspoon of starter. Place in molds and ferment for 36 hours at 31C.
