27 August 2018 Dinner (Chickpea Tempeh) Posted on August 27, 2018 by Durgan 27 August 2018 Dinner 27 August 2018 Dinner (Chickpea Tempeh) Experimenting on making tempeh using chickpeas. It is ready today so decided to have my first meal using a piece. It turned out quite well. Experimenting I didn’t do pictures so will do that the next batch. The method is similar to using soy beans. The dinner was a glass of mixed juice, a bowl of re-hydrated powdered vegetables microwaved in water for three minutes. A very tasty lunch.
