    Periodically it is desired to dehydrate plant material.I only do slurry not separate cut pieces. STICKING to the pan has always been an issue. I have a method that works on sheets.
    Method: Grease a cookie sheet just a thin layer of olive oil. Pour the material onto the sheet. Dehydrate for about 12 hours at low heat 105F. Gently pull the sheet away from the pan. The cookie sheet takes a liter of material. The end product may be powdered like Astronauts do for their food on space flights. It may be vacuum packed for storage.

    Parchment paper would work equally as well.

    Parchment paper is awkward. Am not a big fan of dehydration, but make some periodically
