    *REGISTRATION*
Registration on Eventbrite is optional but recommended. Guests may also pay at the door by cash or card.
Building capacity is limited, so please register in advance for an entry time to avoid waits.
If a certain time is sold out, please choose another ticket time option. We are hopeful to welcome all wishing to attend, but space is limited in the venue.

    *GUEST SPEAKERS AND PRESENTATIONS*
Speakers TBD - Please check back here soon for speakers and times.
Please note, talks and presentations will take place in the Cedar Room of the Floral Hall, which has a capacity of 50. Talks are "first come first serve", and unfortunately reserving a ticket for a particular time slot does not guarantee entry to a speaker presentation.

The Floral Hall is wheelchair accessible - please see the attached image for parking and drop off locations in relation to the Floral Hall.
The VMS acknowledges we gather on the unceded and ancestral territory of the hən̓q̓əmin̓əm̓ and Sḵwx̱wú7mesh speaking peoples, the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations, and has been stewarded by them since time immemorial. Our members hope to learn from these examples, to deepen our relationships to this land, and work to educate others in this way.
