This unique plant sale event blooms March 31 and April 1, 2007 at the Vandusen Botanical Gardens Floral Hall. With easy access to and from downtown Vancouver and Richmond, plant lovers and orchid enthusiasts will have the opportunity to see and buy an exclusive selection of orchids, orchid art and companion plants. The floral hall will transform into a tropical paradise with a gorgeous central display bursting with colour! For two days, this oasis will feature a unique collection of plants sold by local orchid vendors. Hundreds of plants will be offered for sale as well as accessories. A plant doctor will also be present to answer questions about cultivation and ailments. This highly anticipated event brings plant and orchid enthusiasts both the young and the young-at-heart to share in the pleasures of this spectacular family of flowers! The Vancouver Orchid Festival is proud to be a supporter of the Pacific Northwest Judging Center and the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation.
