These will be processed into about 40 liters of juice, takes about 2 pounds of tomatoes for one liter of pressure canned juice.
When you say 80 pounds of tomatoes 'were picked' today, do you mean someone else helped or did you pick them all yourself? Quite a harvest! It sounds as though the real work begins after they are picked.
There are 23 plants. Easy and quick to pick, it is done by myself. They will be slurry/juiced in about 25 p0ound lots. Relatively quick and easy.
