There are three blackberry bushes in the garden. Usually the rabbits denude the shoots during the Winter but this year they survived. There are a reasonable number of berries. I have never found any in my trips wandering through he woods in Ontario. These are sweet and hopefully I will get some for the table. The bushes are mixed with the Pawpaw tree.

Are these thornless, or am I just not seeing the thorns? Someone just asked about thornless blackberries in another thead.

2 September 2019 Blackberry versus Raspberry (Difference)

The easiest way to tell the difference between the two is by the core, where the stem attaches to the berry. Blackberries will always have a white core, whereas black raspberries are hollow in the center (just like raspberries).
