2 plants to identify for proper care please!!!

    Managing plants is great fun so far!! We purchased a few more and were doing research on their proper care when we noticed that the tag from HomeDepot was wrong :(

    So I need help...

    Here are the two photos I have. They are two different plants. Any help is much appreciated.

    Very likely. And Cornus nuttallii. Both are common here.
