Wildflowers: 2 many identifying characteristics !

    There are so many distinguishing elements to this plant, I am overwhelmed - I haven't even guessed the family !
    From the Philippines again.
    Very tiny black seeds.
    Picture not far off double size.

    Help !

    In which case it wouldn't be in the Lobelia family but rather the Campanulaceae.

    Thank you both, Lila and Ron !

    One of the other synonyms for Hippobroma longiflora is Lobelia longiflora. Lobeliaceae is included in Campanulaceae. I am annoyed with myself - I've already published a photo of this plant as Hippobroma longiflora and still didn't recognise it.
