I tend to use chlorine free water. Place seeds on a damp towel and cover and place in a warm place. Germination should occur in a few days depending upon the seed.The paper towel must be kept damp. Carefully place the seeds in soil and water. Place in a warm place.If checking for viability the sprouting is proof of such.
