2 flowering plants. What are they?

    I found these next to our public library. Of course no tags of any kind. No one knows what they are we liked them and would like to get them for our back yard.

    The purple one is Lobelia siphilitica.

    For the last one (pics 5-6), the flower buds are too blurred to tell, can you get a better focussed pic in the next few days when the flowers are open?
