    Red Lnetil Tempeh. Process not shown. Wash until clear, Boil for Three (3) minutes, Add 2 tablespoons of white vinegar mix, Add half teaspoon of tempeh starter mix well.Place in cotton lined molds, Ferment at 31C for 40 hours. Result is perfect tempeh.
