Sixteen liters of mixed juice was made. Twenty five pounds of mixed tomatoes was the base. Beets, celery, onion was added. The combination makes a wholesome juice. Th jars were pressure canned at 15 PSI for 15 minutes.

@Durgan amazing drink. The health benefits just jump out at you from your photo.
Can I ask how long does this keep? Although how delicious it sounds it is probably not too much of a worry. Lol.

I have had most produce keep up to three years. It may kept indefinitely but have not tested. I also had no jars leak, but I test carefully when pressure cooking. I truly consider my system perfectly safe. I have 16 jars now on the counter ready for storage, all sealed. The slurry I consider the criteria, meaning any plants produce that can b slurried can be preserved. Meat I avoid but there are well known preserving methods for meat products.

@Durgan, Thankyou for that information. 3 years is impressive.
