14 May 2021 Potatoes. Yukon Gold and Superior. Posted on May 14, 2021 by Durgan 14 May 2021 Potatoes 14 May 2021 Potatoes Fifteen Yukon Gold and fifteen Superior potatoes were planted. The seed potato was marked with a fiber glass rod to facilitate watering and digging for location at harvest. I expect 3 to 5plus pounds from each plant depending on growing conditions.
