It was decided to process and eat some as an experiment similar like having spinach. I chose plants just about to flower, some having buds, and cut off at ground level. They were washed and steam cooked for about 12 to 15 minutes, and eaten with a touch of vinegar for flavor. I ingested about 200 grams. Excellent and readily available. There were no sprays in my garden area.
