Place the beans in a colander and pressure cook for 1.5 hours at 15 PSI to soften.Cool add a tablespoon of white vinegar and mix well.Add half spoon of tempeh starter and mix well. Place beans in mold lined with cotton. Place beans in fermenter set at 31C for 36 minutes. Done.
