Sometime yesterday evening, the 100 000 post mark was reached - and that's a huge testament to your dedication, contributions and willingness to share (be it sharing advice or sharing difficulties!). As an aside and in an unexpected coincidence (since daily new posts often trend downward after June), yesterday also tied for the highest daily post count at 214.
Yes, though it had to be done manually. I left work yesterday and there were 99990. Ten more posts after this was this one. Interestingly, that post number is 104042. That means 4.042% of posts are posted in areas that don't count toward the forum post count - the Test Bed, the spam messages which get saved in an admin area, the archived class posts... ah, and deleted posts as well (a deleted post gets added to the increment, but ultimately doesn't count toward the total posts on the forum)
Rather more worrying is that I've just realised my post (above) was my #3,000 . . . need to get a life!
