Might be a Centaurea sp.

Looks like some kind of dock, Rumex sp.
First one looks like chinaberry, Melia azedarach.
After looking at it again, might be sweetgum. The opposite arrangement I saw might be where a long petiole crossed a stem.
Looks like a maple. Sweetgum leaves are alternate, those look opposite.
