    These look like Turnera subulata and Butea monosperma.

    The knowledge and expertise on this site is just blowing me away. For years I have been photographing flowers and not knowing their names has been frustrating. The response here has been so great.....

    Here is one more. This is a wildflower of some sort I think

    A short-rayed form of Helenium amarum? Seems to be fairly variable - compare with this image as a possibility (though most have longer rays - then again, the photo seems to be of one that is only beginning to open)
