Identification: help identify

We recently were given a house plant, but do not know what it is. The leaves are green, the veins in the leaf are yellow and there is a red tinge on some of the leaves. Sure would like to have this plant thrive! Thanks!

 

It appears to be a Croton, of the genus Codiaeum. Probably Codiaeum variegatum.
