Please identify this succulent

    Please can you identify this succulent. It grows well on a slope, spreads rapidly when kept damp, prefers sunlight and grows lots of tiny red bee-attracting flowers.

    I it Carpobrotus glaucescens or commonly known as pigface?

    Its not glaucescens. sorry..next time I'll open up the pic and have a closer look

    More like Aptenia cordifolia.
