I've had this little cycad for 3 years, but it hasn't put out a new set of leaves since right after I bought it. I've been watering it every few months with a dissolved fertilizer and it gets bright afternoon light. Also the leaves seem to be dying back and yellowing. Any ideas on what I can do to help it grow better?

it may be staying too wet, the do not like tonnes of water, also chech if there are any signs of insects on the plant causeing the yellowing.

A larger pot might help. Make sure it has a drainage hole in the bottom, and use a very free-draining soil.
