Hi there. I just recieved a plant from a co-worker, but I have had no luck finding out what it is. I think it's a succulent, because it has fairly thick, fleshy leaves, but I'm not sure. Apparantly, it flowers fairly often and the flowers have a foul odor, that's why she gave it to me.

    the plant in question

    Thank you for your help!

sprawling habit, and stinky flower makes me think of Huernia or stapelia. does it have heavy individual thick heavy floppy fleshy flowers? possilby with intricate color patterns? colors towards brown, orange, reddish, yellow?

    drag a lot of these

into google image toolbar, and you'll see many similar looking plants. but yours has those vestigial(?) leaves. that should be rare.

Thanks for the help, but I actually have found out what it is since posting this. It's a senecio articulata.
