I got some seeds in China and these are what came out of them.

The first plant sprouts from small brown seeds(~1mm across).
The second plant sprouts from tiny pink seeds that looks like blood cells (~0.8mm). The initial sprout has dark red leaves which slowly turn green as it grows.
The last plant have red seeds (~2.5mm across) and its leaves are vegetable-like and crispy.

Anyone happens to know what plants they are?

The first appears to be Perilla frutescens, Beefsteak plant, which is used for food, seasoning, and medicine in Asia.

The third is something in the crucifer family, I'd guess one of the radishes.
