I'm so happy with my image stabilizer on my camera, it allows me to finally take awesome pictures... for some reason I can't hold a camera still while shooting...

Paulina ... there's some very vivid color and a steady hand.
I was just outside an took this pic of Hedychium garderianum 'Kahili' (Kahili Ginger). Once I loaded it I was messing with some of the special effects. It reminded me of something you could apply to home made greeting cards or something like that, if someone was so inclined. Here's the original and enhanced pics.
    Cheers, LPN.

Awesome idea! I'm very much a geek and would totally be able to do that! Awesome idea for the greeting cards too, I might just try that! Thanx for the idea!

    Nice pic b.t.w.

Red ... I'm sure you've seen 'em before, Opuntia vulgaris in bloom (4" wide).
    Cheers, LPN.

Another beauty! Can anyone name this exact type of Marigold? I want to sell the thousands of seeds I've got here on Ebay and would like to be able to correctly identify them. Thanx!

VERY viable! I planted them all over the place and they sprung up all over the place, I wasn't sure on how well they'd grow, but they grew into mini-marigold-shrubs. These are seeds from last year's miracle grown crop.

I just did a search on the Inca Marigold and this site came up, I'm thinking they look more like the Coin Marigold(?)

The F1 African types are 10" -12 " tall. Seed grown will go to 3 feet.

Those came out pretty nice. Amazing what these digital camaras can do. I had a problem with clear pictures, was getting blurs of sorts. Now I just use a preset setting and it works well. Keep taking those nice pictures.
