I have been searching through the identification forums for 3 days and haven't yet found this plant - so I am begging for mercy!

Can someone help me ID this poor thing so I can learn how to care for it before it is too far gone? Here is the info:

Bought it at Walmart, where it was beautiful and they had boatloads of this lovely plant which I have seen before - so I am thinking it is a common flowering plant.

Only info on tag was "prefers shade." Plant is hanging in shady part of porch.

The leaves are green with a red tinge on the edges. Flowers are red and "dangle."

It's leaves are beginning to curl inwards and it seems to be going downhill fast - perhaps I am overwatering?

I attached a pic of the plant in it's basket and a pic of the leaf.

I also included a pic of an herb I bought at the same time and I would love it if I could get an ID on it as well - knock knock it is a happy camper for now.

    Thanks again for any/all help!

The dying plant looks like Begonia and the other, marjoram.
