Need help identifying wildflower

    2.jpg Hi. Today I photographed a lovely wildflower whose blossoms reminds me of those of the scotch broom. Its leaves are elliptical & its stem is narrow & delicate looking. I couldn't find any reference to this plant in my books or on the wildflower websites that I found. I really hope someone can help me identify this plant. Thanks.
