Shot in Terra Nova community farm this morning.
Resemble lantern flower of former neighbour except this is not orange in colour.
Size of each globe is 2 inches. The old lady torn open one to see the interior.
It contains a big green fruit like a tomato. She mentioned it as "goose berry".
But I know goose berries are grape size and without the skin.
Kindly have a look and enlighten please.

    Perhaps Cape Gooseberry, Physalis peruviana.

A small yellow flower gives way to a green pod that looks like Chinese lanterns. The fruit inside is small and green as it matures the husks dry and the fruit turns an orange golden yellow
Often you will find it is still partially green.
