Are these all Crocosmia ?

    Taken at McLennan Park, Richmond, this morning.
    They are one to one and a half feet tall. Colour ranges from red to orange.
    Floral pattern not uniform. Wonder if they are all Crocosmia and different species ?

    You appear to be showing a couple kinds, there are many others as well.

    All Crocosmia, yes; but more than one different cultivar or species of it; most likely all cultivars of Crocosmia × crocosmiiflora (the commonest type in cultivation).

    There was a mixed bag of common brand of summer bulbs avail at nursery shops near Vanc BC a couple of years ago called something like “Campfire” —- blended orange yellow red on one flower stem

    @Ron B - is “Lucifer” the most red flower color of crocosmia?
