South Surrey, BC Shady side of garden, beneath large rhododendron. The first two look like the same plant, one single flower, different colour. The 3rd has a spike of white flowers that look a little like mini orchids. The 4th looks like a cross between a forget-me-not and the flowers of brunnera, but the leaves a totally different.
1. Maybe Anemone x lipsiensis. anemone x lipsiensis - Google Search 3. Cardamine trifolia. cardamine trifolia - Google Search 4. Omphalodes cappadocica 'Starry Eyes' omphalodes cappadocica 'starry eyes' - Google Search
See also above. 2. Don't think leaves right for Anemone quinquefolia...5 leaflets. Maybe different Anemone
Sure looks like cardamine and omphalodes as described. Both plants new to me. Still unsure about variety but definitely anemones.... This is a terrific service. Many thanks.
