    @Sulev good afternoon Sulev, great harvest and that is the loosest soil I've seen in a very long time. Perfect for that crop. A few juicy treats for tonight !!!?

    Good afternoon, @Acerholic!
    My soil is pure white sand as from the neighbouring quarry:

    It's not so white any more just because of years and years of fertilization with manure.

    Yacóns need some weeks for curing and sweetening, Right after harvesting they are pretty bland.

    You have done brilliantly to get your soil in that condition Sulev, years and years of hard work there. Not a lot of nutrients either in sandy soil.
    Enjoy your Yacons when you can, they will be well deserved!!
