    Gardenia jasminoides is my thought, but you say it has no scent. So I maybe wrong.

    It's a double form of Jasminum sambac.

    @aramy699, are you sure it has no scent, as Jasminum sambac is highly scented as all this genus are ?

    Yes - maybe it is the Tabernaemontana instead. However this says the double form of that one is fragrant also - if this is correct or non varying then the question of aramy not getting any smell out of their plant remains unresolved:
