Identification: Succulent identification

    Can you please identify this plant for me? It is some type of succulent with these amazing blossoms that are about 8” wide. Thank you

    The stems are not clearly visible, but if it has both thin, round as well as broad, flat stems then I agree with Acerholic. The flowers should be fragrant.
