Anyone have issues growing Acer palmatum 'Hupps Dwarf'?

    I have one potted for about six years and am extremely happy. It is a slow grower with very nice shape and color. No special water needs as it does well in long periods of wet or dry climate.

    @SLR2009, good afternoon, is the question about problems with your own Hupps dwarf or is it about possibly buying one ?
    If it's the latter I do agree with @Geezer840, it's a very good cultivar, but as it's very similar to Shishigashira in colouring and form that I do have, I would now go for Japanese Princess or Mystic Mikawa. Thats if you have Shishigashira or Mikawa Yatsubusa already.
    I am waiting for both Mystic Mikawa and Japanese Princess to come to the UK. Same growth rate as Hupps dwarf with possibly a little bit extra pazaaz. They are both on Mr Maple btw, do take a look.
    Just thought I would add my thoughts to your question.
