Yeah, it's a nice one. Harry helped me open the box and got bored. He has a short attention span. It you can't eat it or pee on it, it's useless.

 

Hi @Del, welcome Derek from another enthusiast in England. Really like your photos. Wow 200 cultivars, it's so addictive isn't it.
We are doing Reticulated maples tomorrow at the suggestion of another English enthusiast @ROBUCK. Hope you can join in the fun.

Good evening @Del lovely trees and photos ..I live in Northampton..so not far..have you visited the chap in Moulton Northampton out of the RHS open garden book, I think it’s tagged as “Roseleigh”, he also has hundred of JM..and opens in may and later in the year also..clearly not happening for a while yet but I found it worthy giving up an afternoon.

 

It a nice collection you have there Dangerine, thank you for sharing.
The sun light really makes a different on those leaves.

 

@ROEBUK is that a variegated filigree? Roughly in the middle of your photos..

Hi @ROEBUK, I'll be watching tomorrow for the answer !!! Looking forward to your suggestion of reticulated maples. Another enthusiast @Del joined today with a large collection, looking at his first photos I think we are in for a treat from him.
20 miles from Holmfirth eh! I think it's one of the most 'Beautiful' parts of the world indeed. Such breathtaking scenery.

Good morning @dicky5ash, its Sister ghost (4) and Ariadne (7).
If you dont have Ariadne, can I highly recommend it to you. Wonderful leaf colours all season long, great structure and very hardy.
Re ROEBUK, My last try is 'Hana Matoi'. See his posting at 0933 hrs yesterday. He's giving the answer today. Good fun tbh.

Thanks, yes I have a mature Ariadne...I just didn’t immediately recognise the orange colour on your photo..I don’t have any of the ghost series..Yet!

I've tried my best to be as artistic as possible with these 4 this morning, due to the high quality of photos from everyone else on this thread showing me up.

 

And my last one, Uncle ghost. My baby Baby Ghost is too small and not showing any reticulation. But @zfrittz one from yesterday is very nice indeed, so hope he will post another of it today????
