I found these two plants in a back room of my new job. I want to try to save them but have no idea what to do! I don’t know what they are. The tall one has 3 stems and one is broken in half. The small plant shows signs of life but not much. Please help! If you need more pictures I can get them!

The broken one looks like a cultivar of Dracaena fragrans (Deremensis Group). Of the three stems, the green one appears to still have life in it. You could try taking the top from the broken one and propagating it. Can't really make out the condition of the third stem from the photos.

The dried one looks like a Spathiphyllum wallisii, Peace Lily. It's probably not worth saving.
