To id tiny plants with just a few tiny leaves is really hard.
Far safer to wait until the adult leaves grow...or better still you get flowers.

Were you given 50 packets of seed?
When do they expect you to provide the answers...now ...or in 6 months time?

I have no idea, what is the background of this selection and these plants are too young to be sure what they exactly are. If they are mainly vegetables, then my wild guess would be:
    8 - arugula or mustard
    37 - clover
30 - maybe some other type of clover
    46 - lettuce or endive
17 - wheat or barley or oat
    11 - maybe a mache
26 - could be a buckwheat (grown in deficit of light)
If they could be flowers, then there would be too many choices to offer.

Smell may help to identify young sprouts. Try rubbing some leaves between your fingers and test how they smell.
If you know, that they are vegetables or herbs, then taste could also hint, what species there are.
