red bark tree with berries

    what is this tree? presently about 7 ft tall.

    Berries are not developed, but otherwise looks like a White Dogwood (Cornus alba) to me.

    In other words a shrub. The North American analog is C. sericea and I am not sure it can be told with certainty which this example is using only the picture provided.
