I spotted this one happily flowering yesterday (Nov.2/19) and it's ID has me wondering what it is. It appear to have been cut back in years past.
    Thanks in advance.

    Is this outdoors ?

What is the scale (size in inches ) of leaf and flower?

    I don’t recognize it - just curious

Indeed. I'm quite familiar with the name, but couldn't recall and connect it with the plant/small tree. Thanks @Ron B

Moderator note - this was posted also in another thread, where @Silver surfer answered it. I have moved her posting into this thread and have deleted the other thread. Thanks go to her as well. Her reply wasn't in this thread when Ron B replied.
