New mystery plant

once again my travelling friends have sent a snapshot of a plant they can’t identify. They’re currently incommunicado so I can’t get more information than this photo was taken at Woodstock in the UK.

I’d be very grateful for any help. Looks like a a shrub or shrubby ground cover but other than that I don’t know.

Might be pretty to look at, but not a plant you want to get - an invasive weed, with caustic skin-burning sap.
