I doubt that a positive ID is possible, but the leaves and fruit look similar to those on my Fredonia grape vines. However, that is just one cultivar of the Concord grape; there are many other related ones. After the fruit is ripe you should be able to at least determine if it is a Vitis labrusca cultivar or something else, assuming that you are familiar with the distinctive taste of Concord grapes.

It’s odd to see entirely different leaf shapes on your vine. While younger leaves can vary as the vine matures, there the basal sinus is also varied. I think someone messed up when fulfilling your order. It certainly doesn’t look like Cayuga White to me. Good luck!
