I live in north central new jersey, zone 6. i found these 2 plants last year growing in sandy soil in between my deck and patio. no flowers but 4 different species of moth/butterfly larvae. this year it has come back in both areas and is twice as large. i also noticed many tiny new plants that seem similar and appear to look like the 2 plants did last year. thanks for any help!!

It looks like Queen Anne's Lace, or wild carrot (Daucus carota).
