Number 4 looks like one of the forms of Opuntia articulata syn. Tephrocactus articulates. Are those flowers or fruits on number 2?

"Searsia lancea grows fairly fast, up to 80 cm/year in height for young trees. It flowers from April to September(–January) and ripe fruits can be found from September to February. "
Leaves match perfect. May it be not fruits but buds?

Was that in South Africa? If it gets fruits in the spring in the southern hemisphere, then maybe this is the right fruiting time.
