    Looks like Campsis radicans.

That is a Campsis but since I am unable to get a real good look at the flower I can not say for sure if it is a C. radicans or a C. grandiflora, although C. radicans is more common of the two.
Also known as Trumpet vine with orange or scarlet trumpet shaped flowers borne in August and September, up to 3" long.
    C. radicans flower have a more tubular and less wide at the mouth that those of C. grandiflora.
This vine can really take off, up to 40 feet but quite the spectacle when well established and in full flower, for sure.
Established plants can be cut back hard in Feb of previous years shoots to within a few inched of their base.
