    Hoya kerrii variegata im think

    id say albo marginata to be exact?

    my first thought was ficus tho and i still am kinda leaning that way

    Ficus Triangularis but im not sure

    I can see why you thought of Hoya kerrii.....
    "is a an evergreen, climbing, shrubby, perennial with opposite pairs of fleshy mid-green, variegated leaves. .."

    Looking at my pic I believe the leaves are alternate forming a sort of zig zag...not does it appear to want to climb.

    Perfect...Euphorbia tithymaloides subsp padifolia ..... looks spot on.
    I am most grateful to you for doing this research for me.
    When I first saw it I thought Euphorbia tithymaloides...the stem had the same white markings as the regular plant. see pic below from regular plants
    Only when I got home did I realise the leaves were completely different.
