Tobago.....This small weed was growing near the beach on a disused pier...stony ground.
    Lots of wave action/sea spray.
    Very delicate pale blue flowers.
    Creeping.
    Any suggestions please?

It does look a lot like Jacquemontia paniculata pictures. I was thinking Convolvulaceae.

Welcome to the forums Botanically Baked.

Many thanks for pointing me to Jacquemontia. Not one I know.

I agree wcutler that Jacquemontia paniculata looks a very good fit.
I too thought Convolvulaceae but didn't know where to start.
The flower was a very delicate pale blue.
So much so that it looked white in my pics and I had to darken it a little to enhance the colour.
