Good morning from Ketchikan, Alaska. We (have) a beautiful Jakobsen mugo pine that has been dying from the base up for a couple of years. Surrounding plants very healthy. Ketchikan is zone 7 with rain totals of close to 200" a year. Maybe the plant needs more sun? In a raised bed, drainage good.

All ideas and advice greatly appreciated!
