I have several pots of Kalanchoe grown indoors on my windowsills. Their leaves usually are just dark green. On one pot however, the leaves are turning reddish.

The leaves are also getting etched/sunken areas:

Eventually, the sunken areas shrivel and turn black:

Does anyone know what's causing this and if the whole pot of plant can still be saved?

    Hi Maru,
I am having the similar problem on my kalanchoe for some time, how did you end up solving it?

I would guess that's overwatering. One site I just read suggested repotting into a cactus/succulent soil mix. Only water the plant when the pot feels very light.
