Hi. A friend gave me a number of leaves from her succulent and four of them are growing new plants. The "mother" leaves are all still green and plump. Do I just leave them there or do I cut them off? If anyone can help ID these succulents, that would be great as well.

It looks to be some kind of Echeveria - maybe 'Perle von Nurnberg'. Just leave the leaves as long as possible. Eventually, they shrivel and dry up, leaving the tiny plants. Think of it as similar to a yolk of an egg, with the growing plants being supported by the mother leaves.
